Jordan Turner (Halle Berry) is an experienced 911 operator, but when he makes a mistake in judgment and the call ends badly rattled Jordan and are not sure if you can continue. But then the teenager Kasey Welson (Abigail Breslin) in the back of a stolen car Manet and calls 911. Jordan is one called on to use all his experience, knowledge and quick thinking that Casey would escape, and not just to save Casey, but make sure that the person who brought to justice.
